These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cumo app (the "Service") provided by TORYMAKER ("we", "us"). These Terms apply to users in the United States. If you reside in another region, separate terms may apply.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

We provide features for memos, to-dos, d-day, focus, and link management. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

3. Accounts and login

The Service can be used without an account. Google login is required only for cloud backup.

4. User content

You own the content you create.
You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display content as needed to operate the Service (including backups and widgets).
You may not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Paid features and purchases

Some features may require payment (ad removal, backup plans, subscriptions).
Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play and subject to their policies.
Refunds and cancellations are handled by the relevant app store.
